As a company we have put several things in place to ensure the highest level of service and this obviously starts with our staff.

  • ALL of our staff are DBS checked (The Disclosure and Baring Service, previously CRB)for your peace of mind.
  • ALL of our staff go through a vigorous selection process and only the very best applicants are selected.
  • ALL of our staff are employed DIRECTLY through Pure concierge, We take care of their PAYE, NI, Holiday pay, HR and any pensions etc. WE WILL NEVER SEND, OR USE, AGENCY STAFF.
  • ALL of the products that we use are environmentally friendly; we are conscious of our responsibility to the environment and want our products to be as pure as possible.
  • We have Employers Liability and Public Liability insurance of £5Million and £2 Million respectively for your peace of mind.
  • Our staff will always attend wearing their Pure concierge uniform. These are Embroided Tunics with smart trousers/skirt and black shoes.
  • Ongoing training is provided to our staff on all aspects of cleaning from buffing to towel origami!
  • The back office team are always here to help you with any queries via phone, email or even our social media channels.
